What is the difference between commercial real estate and residential real estate as of 2010?
Residential Real Estate:
Nobody's buying.
Nobody's selling.
Commercial Real Estate:
Nobody's buying.
Nobody's selling.
Nobody's leasing.
Nobody's financing.
Everybody is lying.
That sounds about right. Amend the residential side, though: Commercial/investors are buying residential with all cash, crowding out people who qualify for a loan but don't have 100% cash...the American Dream has been usurped.
